Unless your mental health can't cope with the gender of the abuser due to PTSD, we believe it should not be separated into Men & Women. Men and Women can be abused in the same way as each gender, sometimes by the same sex or the opposite, it should not matter that it has happened to a man or a woman just that it has happened and that it should never had happened.
